IV. Percentages of Gateway / End-of-Course Tests for Students

At Johnson County High School, the percentage EOC/Gateway tests will count will 15% of the semester in which the test is taken.  Currently, Johnson County High School is on block schedule so the test will count 15% of the second nine-weeks grading period.

V. SCALING OF RAW SCORES TO BE USED AS TEST GRADES (Updated 03/27/2009)

The EOC and Gateway test scores are raw and must be scaled to a 0-100 scale. The suggested format is based on statistically derived values from TN test data.  Below is the format for the Spring 2009 administration:
